Image quality

Detection evaluation
An object detector quantized to int8 that loses a slice and small objects, then is tuned back. Metrics per class and object size, PR curves over the reference, detections drawn on images, HTML reports, automated tuning and milestones as model releases.

Depth and IMU odometry with loop closures, on simulated warehouse runs with exact ground truth. 6DoF trajectories against the ground truth, point clouds, videos played in sync, error over time, and History and the gate on a trajectory metric.
LLM agent evals
An operators' assistant that calls tools on a robot fleet, scored on scripted tasks with a local model. Pass rates, unsafe actions and cost per task, transcripts diffed between commits, an HTML report per task, and the quality gate catching an unsafe change.
Tests and coverage
An SDK's unit test suites followed over six weeks of commits. Test counts, failures, flaky and skipped tests and coverage per suite and in total, each suite's tests compared with the reference's in the test viewer, and the quality gate catching tests deleted to get a green CI.
