The commit page has a new controls panel to pick visualizations, metrics and sorting, and options like the frame to show can now be synced across all outputs or set per output. Input types can have their own runner settings.

A controls panel on the commit page

A panel on the right side of the commit page gathers the viewer controls: which visualizations to show, with a filter box, the image diff toggle, sorting and the metrics to display. Collapse it with its arrow button when you need the room.

Synced or per-output visualization options

Options that come from visualization paths, like :frame, default to synced: one control in the panel drives every output. Unsync an option to pick its value separately in each output card.

Runner settings per input type

Input types in qaboard.yaml can now have their own runner settings under runners, for instance a different LSF queue for each type of input. Settings in a batch still win, and flags you pass to qa batch win over both.

Searchable batch selector

The batch selector in the commit navbar is now a search box. Find a batch by name, by the user who launched it, or with words like failed, running or tuning.

Web app

  • The image viewer's filters have a new panel with value displays, a reset button and a new Sharpen filter, next to Brightness, Contrast and Gamma.
  • In the bit-accuracy viewer, hover a file's size to download the new or the reference version of the file.
  • The filter box of the controls panel also filters the list of metrics.
  • Redesigned sidebar, with a user menu that shows who you are logged in as and lets you sign out.
  • You can search the sidebar's list of integrations, and menus keep their state when you close and reopen them.

CLI and project setup

  • Runner settings are merged in this order, each winning over the previous: the runners section of qaboard.yaml, the input type's runners, the batch's runner settings, then the flags you pass explicitly to qa batch such as --lsf-queue or --local-concurrency.
  • --local-timeout and runners.local.timeout now set the timeout of local runs, not only QA_BATCH_TIMEOUT.
  • Removed qa batch --lsf-fast-queue: LSF jobs always use the regular queue.

Documentation

  • The inputs page shows how to set runner settings per input type.

Fixes

  • Fixed the CLI when it is embedded in a C++ program and has no command-line arguments.
